    Making Dumplings for our Saturday feast with lovely Aussies =P.

    Dumplings carry a lot of memories of Chinese. Traditionally, we always make dumplings during the biggest festivals when the whole family gather together. As kids we were the happiest. There was no restriction for us as kids on the shape or quality of our dumplings at all, so we made them into little square cases, stars, or whatever we liked. The most important thing for dumpling making is to have fun and enjoy the time with your beloved ones.
